Trails: Commissary Ridge Trail
We are working with Adam Caulkins and his crew from the U.S. Forest Service-Bridger-Teton National Forest Kemmerer Ranger District Office, along with partners, to rehab the Commissary Ridge Project deep in the beautiful and remote Wyoming Range.
Currently, the Commissary Ridge Trail System comprises almost 180 miles of trail spread across 31 trails and 15 trailheads. The Kemmerer Ranger District is actively working to complete an inventory of this trail system. The District staff and partners (including us) hope to begin rehabilitation work soon. An online survey was posted, and an in-person community meeting was held to inform residents about this project and collect input. We are continuing to search for funding to begin the remodel and rerouting of 180 miles of trail.
